Our cancellation policy outlines procedures for cancellations on our website:
Non-Furniture Items:
For non-furniture items priced under Rs. 5000, cancellation is subject to a fee of Rs. 500 or the applicable payment gateway charges, whichever is higher, if the order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled unless the item is damaged or defective. In such cases, we offer replacement or refund for defective items within 15 days of product receipt at our warehouse. Refunds are processed within 15 days to the customer's account.
Sofas and Furniture:
Most of our furniture is custom-made to your specifications and begins production immediately upon order. As such, custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time. We do not offer a 'change of heart' return/exchange policy.
Other Products:
Once a product has been delivered and the customer's premises vacated, we cannot accommodate any cancellation or change requests (except as covered by the 1-year warranty). We advise customers to be present during delivery to inspect the furniture firsthand.
