Stocked Furniture:
Every piece of furniture undergoes thorough inspection prior to shipment, and we require your inspection and signature upon delivery. Should you encounter a defect, kindly reach out to us promptly. Furniture declined due to entryway size constraints becomes the customer’s responsibility, as we encourage careful consideration of product dimensions listed on the product page. We offer replacements or refunds for defective items within 15 days of product receipt at our warehouse. Once approved, refunds are processed within 15 days to the customer's account. Refunds for items picked up at home are processed upon receipt at our warehouse, taking up to 30 days based on pickup location.

Custom Orders:
Most of our furniture is custom-made to your specifications, with production beginning immediately upon order. Consequently, custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.

Monogrammed/Personalized Items:
These items are considered custom orders and are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

Final Clearance/Sale:
Items marked as final sale or clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Note:
While we strive for accuracy in pricing, descriptions, and images, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of affected items. In cases where replacement is offered, the order or product will be replaced with the originally requested item and cannot be changed for a variation in the current order (e.g., upholstery, wood finish, or customization), new order, or different product.
