Ready Items: For ready items, expect delivery within 7-15 days of placing your order.

Customized Products: Customized items such as sofas, furniture, and large lighting require 4-6 weeks for delivery to your doorstep.

You will receive an Order ID and tracking details once you have placed an order with us. Do reach out to support if you have any problems.

Once the shipment has been dispatched it isn't possible to change the delivery location.

However in cases where the shipment is yet to be dispatched we can do so and shipping will be calculated accordingly.
