Ready Items:
For ready items, expect delivery within 7-15 days of placing your order.
Customized Products:
Customized items such as sofas, furniture, and tables require 4-6 weeks for delivery to your doorstep.
Delivery Schedule:
We deliver most items Monday to Saturday. Once your shipment is ready for dispatch, you'll receive an SMS notification. Additionally, you may receive a call from the courier company/logistics partner confirming the tentative delivery date and time.
Delivery Process:
Our delivery personnel will deliver the goods to your building premises or the most accessible point possible. For higher floors, you're requested to arrange your own laborers/manpower for moving larger products beyond the ground floor or first floor.
Packaging:
To ensure the safety of your goods during transit, most items are secured with wooden crates. While these crates may add bulk to the packaging, they are essential for protecting the product. Please inspect the goods upon delivery and report any defects or damages to the delivery person and our customer care team immediately.
Refusal of Delivery:
If furniture is refused due to entryway constraints, it becomes the customer's responsibility. We encourage reviewing product dimensions carefully to ensure suitability for your entryway and rooms. Any failed delivery attempts due to refusal or unavailability may incur additional charges.
Address Details:
Please provide accurate address and contact details when placing your order. If you anticipate being unavailable during delivery, kindly inform us in advance to plan shipping accordingly.
Secure Delivery:
We reserve the right not to deliver to insecure addresses, such as communal postal addresses or PO Boxes. In such cases, we'll notify you promptly.
Delayed Delivery Charges:
Holding costs or delayed delivery charges may apply if your order is ready for dispatch but withheld in our warehouse at your request. These charges are calculated at 5% against the total order value, with an 18% GST applicable. Please settle any holding costs before dispatching your order from our warehouse.
